Open Question: Would it be easier for me to meet a nice man if I moved down south?

So I live in PA, I'm 23 and I'm constantly being treated like crap by guys. They never call back, cheat on me, lead me on, lie, etc. I'm really tired of ending up alone and disappointed, and was thinking about looking for a job in a southern state like Tennessee, after I finish grad school.
